You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and Account status. 88ef does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by method and Account status. 88ef targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier, but cannot guarantee these timelines where additional verification is required.
Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default for Pakistani users. Where a payment is received or sent in a different currency, a conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 88ef does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the cashier section. Users will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within that game or market interface. The following general principles apply:
A bet is not accepted and no contractual obligation arises until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Network interruptions occurring before confirmation mean the bet has not been placed and no funds will have been deducted.
If odds or game outcomes are published in error due to a technical fault, human error or data-feed malfunction ("Manifest Mistake"), 88ef reserves the right to void any bets accepted under those erroneous conditions, irrespective of whether the bet has been settled. Users will be notified and any sums deducted will be returned.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, Premier League football, UFC events and other major sports. Odds on live markets update in real time. 88ef reserves the right to suspend or remove live markets at any time without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. 88ef reserves the right to amend stake limits for individual users or markets at its discretion.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
All content on the 88ef Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data and trade marks — is the intellectual property of 88ef or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trade-mark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any such dispute.
Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
88ef reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless an urgent amendment is required by applicable law or regulation, in which case changes may be effective immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
